What time is it?

Verbena bird here... do you know what time it is? I think it is the time of the year when we start to get in the spirit.. I am starting to get that sparklie feeling inside. Or maybe it's the dust from the glitter ornaments I am working on for the store?

This is a short post as I am working nights around here getting orders out & getting ready for this weekends Art festival & Bridal show. Sooo I am just sending out a quick shout out to say get in the spirit, feel sparklie & think about planning on doing something nice this holiday season for those struggling & doing without. It's really hitting home to me as I see so many of my neighbors loosing their homes. so many without jobs too many struggling with families to feed here in THIS country. My sparklie little birdie has a message from the heart...

Unless someone like you cares a whole awful lot, nothing is going to get better. It's not. ~Dr. Seuss

Lets all think of giving something to those in need this Holiday season.. a meal.. a smile & hug...anything to help. Really do it in some small way I say for it will bring you a sparklie day!!!

I couldn't agree more, Laura. I will do it. I truly believe it's a gift we give ourselves. Love that sparkly bird.

You are a doll. Just opened my email a while back, you made my day and I needed it.
Sparklie days are good for everyone's soul.

Nice message. I will be running in our Drumstick Dash for the homeless on Thanksgiving Day but I will think of more ways to help. Thanks for the very nice reminder that there are those now who are doing without..

You got it girl!!
I feel the same way you do! I am having a simple Christmas and my daughter and I are going to enjoy less of the crazy shopping and more of paying in forward in some way or another.

We always give and help others, but this year it is about homemade and happy!

You have put a whole lot of sparkle in my life :)

Laura, you are soulfully inspiring

I just passed by a homeless man who is along the busy road close to my house. He and his grocery cart. I often see him there. And wonder about his life.
