Things are looking up!

I have this little dish I purchased in an antique mall that has a hand painted picture of a sweet little bird it says "Look up & trust" & I do...I prayed for a space of my own to work & create..Thoughts, prayers, meditation definitely manifests into what you dream...
I love this porch. I found it on the web..sharing a inspiring photo..I love ticking, clotheslines & old wicker..& would love to sit here with some ice tea & dream with you.
We just had a crazy rain storm..I took these pictures right before it started...take a peek I will keep up up to date. Next week I will be painting like a mad woman....here is to all your dreams...

looking up this is a very old chandelier I have had for years. It is big & will hang on the little front porch.
standing looking out the side door that will go into into my garden path.
this will be the view facing West where I will eventually have a garden, potting sink &  small deck..in time.
keeping the ceiling exposed painting everything bright orange!!!! no just kidding just making sure you are with me.
I am painting it all white. keep the beams exposed to hang my chandliers.
hello in here.. you smell great..love the smell of fresh cut wood. For some reason reminds me of my childhood.
Remember to always keep your chin up & look up & trust no matter what. I am very grateful for all I have & wish all  great blessings & beautiful dreams to all of you. xo Laura

I am with you girl! white and open exposed framing the way to go :)

I am loving all the life and passion you have in you at this very moment, it is all good, right here between heaven and earth!!

I can't wait till you add the dtails and the pretties and are able to look out at all that you have accomplished.

Keep looking up!...

That little bird has chosen his shelter.
Above it are the stars and the
deep heaven of worlds. Yet he is rocking himself to sleep without
caring for tomorrow's lodging, calmly clinging to his little twig, and leaving God to think for him.

Come visit over at my place soon :)

Hello,
I visited your blog today. I saw you on Imagery by Kimberly. Aren't Kim's posts great? Your photos are so lovely. I really like the hand sculpture rose necklaces and the old charm necklace. I love the chandelier. I see that you are interested in the Saints, as am I. Me and my daughters just started a new blog, and we would love it if you could visit us and follow. I would really enjoy coming back to visit with you and seeing all your creative, unique ideas. Do you sell these things also?

Thank you, Laura. Just what I needed to hear right now. I do believe there is a good reason for everything that happens in our life, no matter how difficult it may seem at the time.
Keep looking up and be thankful...

Love the high ceiling. Min is pretty high but with the high heat in the summer and the very cold winter I HAD to have insulation in my roof so it was a flat ceiling for me. Thanks to the church that gave us the insulation I could light a candle right now and it would get hot in my studio within an hour, LOL. Same with the tiny air conditioner, a few minutes and it's freezing! But I so wish I could have painted exposed beams. Love the all the architecture you've got going on.
